Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of any return postage. The purchaser is advised to use a trackable and appropriately insured postage method for the value of the item being returned; we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in return transit, and such items cannot be refunded.

 

If an item is refunded, only the item cost is refunded; the initial shipping cost is not refunded.
